Concentrates with added value.
White masterbatch is used especially in the production of film (blown and cast), blow molded products, profile extrusions, injection molding products and extrusion coating of various substrates. The quality ranges from high end applications such as those for paper coatings and UV-stable solutions for silage-stretch films all the way to pigment-filler blends for standard applications.
Black masterbatch formulations are just as carefully adjusted for each specific application. Many of them comply with the highest testing standards; among them are products for the cable industry and include BAM*-approval that is stipulated in geomembrane production, and CSA** approval for piping for example.
With or without fillers – or with additional features such as UV- or thermal stabilizers –, the white and black concentrates made by Polyplast Müller are competitive because of their attractive price-performance ratio and their varied application possibilities.
